e) $$2m^{2}+10$$ = 210

Solution :-

$$2m^{2}+10$$ = 210

Subtracting 10 on both sides we get,

$$2m^{2}$$ = 200

Dividing 2 on both sides we get ,

$$m^{2}$$ = 100

m = $$\pm \sqrt{100}$$

m = $$\pm \sqrt{10*10}$$                            $$(\because 100 = 10*10)$$

m = $$\pm$$ 10

f) $$4r^{2}+1$$ = 325

Solution:-

$$4r^{2}+1$$ = 325

Subtracting 1 on both sides we get,

$$4r^{2}$$ = 324

Dividing 4 on both sides we get ,

$$r^{2}$$ = 81

r = $$\pm \sqrt{81}$$

r = $$\pm \sqrt{9*9}$$                                 $$(\because 81 = 9*9)$$

r = $$\pm 9$$
